Sean Canan

As our resident rock and roller, Sean doesn't stop there.  He is also very well versed in the American folk traditions of blues, bluegrass and celtic folk.  With 12 years of teaching experience, Sean has a knack for creating a well rounded musical balance within his students in a most fun spirited fashion.  His Blues Ensemble class focuses on how to apply blues music into different settings.  Also, our resident Deadhead, Sean teaches Traditions of the Grateful Dead for all of those interested in the many sides of Mr. Garcia and his far reaching troupe.  You can find Sean on stage with The Schwag, The Hatrick and every Sunday at McGurk's with Stickley & Canan.
